Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Location: Mukwonago, WI

Senior Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Estimate and manage civil projects encompassing deep foundations, retention systems, ground improvement, and dewatering.
  • Conduct site visits for comprehensive site condition assessments.
  • Analyze drawings, specifications, and geotechnical reports.
  • Solicit and assess vendor and subcontractor quotations.
  • Generate take-offs, cost estimates, bid proposals, and budgets.
  • Facilitate construction contract negotiations with legal support.
  • Compile project submittals including design calculations and specialized equipment specifications.
  • Oversee field quality assurance and cost control measures.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols.
  • Manage project billing and completion documentation.
  • Participate in company-wide training initiatives.

Senior Project Manager Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in civil or geotechnical engineering.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in mathematical and analytical tasks.
  • Familiarity with construction methodologies.
  • Flexibility to travel to project sites within the district.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Preferred: 2 years of project management experience.
  • Valid driver’s license.
